I started work at 6am this morning I absolutely hate early morning shifts but at the moment they come in handy as I can finish work early and go to the hospital and visit Brooke and Summer. I arrived at the hospital and run into Catherine who had her baby boy William the day before on her loungeroom floor, she only spent the one night in hospital and was already being discharged. This is her third child so obviously it gets easier.
Summer slept the whole visit and seemed to enjoy nestling into my shoulder. She has jaundice today and apparently that makes babies sleep more then normal. Brooke still in pain but has been moved from the Acute Care Ward to the Paddington Centre. While I was visiting, Chrissy and her husband Ben arrived to visit Brooke and Baby then Bianca turned up and as Bink and I were leaving all the Sheppards arrived.
